Mr. Greene has always been amazed by the warm, rich, precise sound of electronic music. When he was younger, he desired a certain sound and delivery from this music. He realized that the only way to get this sound was to play it himself. He loves the deep, rumbling bass lines with the electric saw sound that rattles your body with every note and punches your chest with every kick. He loves slightly distorted synth notes that follow the flowing bass lines. He loves those simple beeps and snare kicks that come in ever so simply to complete the hook of a song. These sounds have quickly evolved into the hot, distinct sound of Minimal Electro House.
He began mixing records at the age of 17, and since then has remained passionate to his love of this music. Over the years he has mastered the art of mixing and his flawless, effortless mixes flow together with a relentless punch that works every crowd every time. By the age of 18, he was regularly working as a DJ at various small venues and had played countless parties and raves in North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He began organizing and promoting his own parties at local bars and lounges throughout the Carolinas. Eventually, he was hosting numerous weeklies and monthly gigs.
In 2006, Mr. Greene became a resident of Washington, D.C. Since then he has played at clubs such as: Lima, Vetro, Josephine, Current, Lotus, Reserve, Club Suite, Ultra Bar, Gazuza, Eyebar, Mate, Saki, Cafe Asia and many other places. He has also partnered up with Billy Quest to form Tsunami Nightlife. They now host four parties a week at DC’s finest local lounges and they also hosted the Liquid Lounge Pool Party which gained recognition and respect all around the globe. They also hosted a super exclusive invite only party in the private club Vetro. He continues to land more gigs because of his much sought-after mixing talent and his peak hour performances continue to rock the dance floors. As times change and Electronic Music remains ever so evolving, Mr. Greene continues to expand his collection of music and remains on the forefront of the scene.
