Whats up world! My name is Molly Ruland I am the founder of One Love Massive and I couldnt be any happier to be here. Life is not easy but it is beautiful and music is the most important thing in my life, my goal is to share that with you. OLM has grown in so many ways and we hope that continues, we are working hard to bring you the quality you deserve. Im truly proud of the talented collective and my amazing staff, without them none of this would be happening. I work for months at a time on events that in all actuality last no longer than a long weekend but in memory last a lifetime.  I have participated in music festivals spanning the United States. Working my way through the ranks, I have touched everything from the recycling cans to the headliners hands in an effort to gain a well rounded knowledge of event planning and production.

Hi everyone! I am a DC native who loves her city and is thrilled to be a part of such a wonderful organization. I graduated college with a BA in English Literature and went on to work for a local business magazine geared towards small business owners. When I felt that I had learned all I could from that experience I dove head first into a new career path. I went to work for a criminal defense attorney (an experience I loved and hated all at the same time). After a few years there I moved on to work for one of the largest tax accounting firms in the world, in their Government Ethics and Compliance department. Working for them taught me many things, but most importantly that working in the big corporate world is not for me.

Joining One Love Massive has been an amazing experience for me in so many ways, professionally and personally and because of this I am confident that whateverrelationship you cultivate with One Love will be successful and rewarding.

Hey DC I’m your district neighbor!  I linked up with OLM in 2005 and they have been my music family ever since.  I started my DC journey as 930 Club door staff, learning about the music scene and the history of DC. I fell in love with the nightlife and the cultures that surround them. I remember places like the underground spot RED, dingy and dirty but it would be packed! Packed with people who loved the music.  I have done it all in the service industry, worked all over the district, and networked with some of the best talent in this city. Life is fun, let us show you how! Good music, good people, good times!
